The Making Strides Against Breast Cancer Atlanta Walk is an annual fundraising event that unites the community to support breast cancer research, awareness, and patient services. 8,000+ participants, including survivors, families, and supporters, walk together to honor those affected by breast cancer while raising funds to help the American Cancer Society in its mission to fight the disease.  This is walk is a premier event within a network of over 150 walks nationwide.  Atlanta ranks 12th in the nation for fundraising.
