What are Atlantic Station’s Property Guidelines?
Atlantic Station is private property. In order to provide all visitors, residents and workers with an enjoyable experience, we ask you to conduct yourself in a respectful and non-discriminatory way in accordance with the code of conduct and all laws and local ordinances.

What is Atlantic Station’s curfew policy?
All youth under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian after 3:00 p.m. No more than 4 youths per parent or guardian. Juvenile groups of 4+ will be dispersed. No individuals under 21 are permitted on property after 9:00 p.m.
When Atlantic Station stores and common areas close, all patrons and guests must be en route to a business that is still open or to their vehicle to depart. All guests may be subject to presenting ID to verify age.

Where can I find information on parking and public transportation?
Atlantic Station has a 3 level parking deck that is FREE for up to 2 hours. Parking deck entrances are located on Market Street and State Street.

How do I pay for parking if I exceed 2 hours?
Take your ticket with you! If you exceed the free 2 hours, you must pay for parking at one of our machines located at the numbered stairwells. There are pay machines located at each stairwell.
Rideshare
Rideshare is a great option when visiting Atlantic Station!
Dedicated pick up locations in the retail district are located just behind Banana Republic. Set the GPS address to 271 District Ave., Atlanta, GA 30363 and you’re set.
Or if you are leaving an event on Pinnacle Lot, set the GPS address to 241 20th Street Atlanta, GA 30363 for an easy exit.

Take the train to the MARTA ARTS Center Station and catch the FREE shuttle that runs from 5AM-12AM every day. Click here to track the shuttle’s current location!
What stairwell leads to Atlantic Green and the Retail District?
All stairwells lead to the retail district and there are directory maps located at each to show you the way. However, escalator #7 will place you at Atlantic Green and the center of the retail district.
Where is Concierge located and what are their hours?
Concierge is located just across from H&M in the heart of Atlantic Green near escalator 7. They are available to guests 7 days a week!

Sunday
11:30am – 7pm

Where are the restrooms located?
The ladies public restroom is on the right side of Regal, across from Stairwell 3. The men’s public restroom is on the left of Regal, across from Stairwell 2.

Where is coffee available?
illy, Toscano, Atlantic Grill, Kilwin’s, Yard House, and LaVazza inside Regal. There is a Starbucks inside Target. Black Bean Coffee trailer is here Thursday and Fridays.
Is there a Lost & Found department at Atlantic Station?

Where are the elevators and escalator located?
There is an elevator at Stairwell 5 and 7. Escalators are at Stairwell 7.
Are there Pet-Friendly stores and restaurants?
Yes! Please click here to view a list of all pet-friendly stores and restaurants on property.
Please note, only leashed dogs, cats and service animals are permitted on property. Pets must be under the control of the owner at all times. Pets are not permitted on Atlantic Green and must use designated pet waste areas. Owners are required to clean up after their pets
Does Atlantic Station have a wheelchair service?
Yes! If you need to request a wheelchair upon visiting Atlantic Station please contact Concierge at 404.410.4010 to arrange service. Wheelchair rental is free, you will simply need to leave your driver’s license with Concierge until the wheelchair is returned.
Where are the Tesla, EVGO and ChargePoint charging stations located?
EV and ChargePoint stations: There are (2) EVGO charging stations and (3) ChargePoint units located on the P1 level of the parking deck near the Market Street entrance.
Tesla stations: The Tesla charging stations are located in the parking deck on the P2 level near Stairwell 1. There are also charging hook up stations on P2 near Dillards, that require a personal charging cord.
How do I apply for an A-Card?
Provide proof of A.S. employment or residency to Concierge. You will receive a packet listing of tenants that offer exclusive benefit discounts.
What time does the fountain turn on/off?
The fountain splashpad operates Monday through Friday from 10am – 6pm. Weather and event pending.
What hotels are located at Atlantic Station?
Embassy Suites and The Twelve Midtown hotel are located just along 17th Street with easy access to our stores and restaurants. For information on booking please click here.
Is professional photography or filming allowed on property?
If you would like to film or photograph on property you must receive an approved media badge from Concierge. Please click here to fill out the request form.
Are weapons allowed on property?
Atlantic Station is private property. No weapons of any kind are allowed. See the Code Of Conduct for further information.
I am attending an event at the Pinnacle Lot. How I do get there?
By Car: To access the Pinnacle Lot event entrance, park on the P2 level of the parking deck and exit straight ahead near Stairwell 2 out onto 20th street.
Walking: Take Stairwells 1, 2, 3 or 4 down to the P2 level of the parking deck. Exit out straight ahead onto 20th Street
Rideshare: Taking Lyft or Uber? Use this drop off location for the Pinnacle Lot:
241 20th Street Atlanta, GA 30363
How do I enter the Overtime Elite Arena?
The OTE entrance is located on the P1 level of the parking deck. Entrances are located at Stairwell 20 and 21.
