After the full image loads, Right Click upon the full image and click upon "Save Picture As"

A Save File window will now open. Be sure to names the images with .jpg at the end.

Choose where you would like this image to be saved by choosing the folder on your computer/network where the image should be saved. Note: If you do not choose a location for this file Internet Explorer will automatically save it to the last download location.
